'happi'OCRACY: an executive summary based on Google's "Project 10", Oct 2008

Happiocracy is an upgrade of democracy in which we-the-citizens become citizen-shareholders called hereditors. We make law and do for ourselves much work previously done by our representatives. We are paid in the form of federal dividends that replace entitlements. The simplicity of this system eliminates much government-induced bloatwork. So growth is faster than otherwise. Dividends grow faster than entitlements would have grown. We all become financially independent. There is peace on earth.
